The New Road Residence is a carefully refurbished Georgian townhouse located in Whitechapel, London, available for short and long term stays. The house spans 2,850 square feet of open plan living areas and provides accommodation for up to six guests.
The Residence offers a calm and quietude rare to the city, with the utmost attention given to comfort and detail. The house is fitted out with Once Milano bed linen, Norvegr goose down pillows and duvets, home wares from Labour & Wait, French-made Crane cookware, Blackcreek Mercantile wooden tableware, ceramic crockery by Skye Corewijn, and Austrian crystal by J. & L. Lobmeyr. A library of recent and classical literature chosen by King’s College philosopher Clayton Littlejohn is also available. The kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar selected by Mãos, a kitchen, table and wine room located at the heart of Blue Mountain School overseen by Nuno Mendes. Guests are offered exclusive access to advance bookings at Mãos by request. The house is rented in its entirety, with prices tiered according to season.
