Buying Products on Our Website
By placing an order on the Blue Mountain School online store you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@bluemountain.school before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order will be processed by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form – your order is accepted upon receipt of the fulfilment email confirming the goods will be shipping to you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
Collect in Store
Please Note: This Option Is Not Available While the Store Is Closed Due to Covid-19 Restrictions
1. If the delivery method chosen is Collect in Store, please await a confirmation email from the Store Team before collecting your order. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours, please contact info@bluemountain.school.
2. To collect your purchase, you will need to produce your order confirmation email upon collecting the order from Blue Mountain School, 9 Chance Street, London E2 7JB.
3. If another person is collecting on your behalf, they will need to show your order confirmation email at point of collection.
4. If an order is collected by a courier, Blue Mountain School cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the item in transit. Please notify info@bluemountain.school if you plan to arrange a courier.
5. Collect in Store orders will be held at Blue Mountain School for a maximum of 3 months from point of confirmation.
6. Our returns policy on Collect in Store orders begins from the day you receive your confirmation email.
Prices and Duties/Tax
The Blue Mountain School online store accepts payments in British Pounds Sterling (£). The default currency is determined by the country you are viewing from. All prices on the Blue Mountain School online store are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate which is 20%. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the UK this sales tax will be deducted at the checkout stage.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; DHL will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the good.
Please note that Blue Mountain School has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable. Customs policies vary depending on country, so we advise you to check these with your local customs office before placing an order as you shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or import charges.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of this error and will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Accuracy of Content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Jurisdiction
This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Hostem Limited T/A Blue Mountain School. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Hostem Limited T/A Blue Mountain School. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Making Changes to Orders
Please note we can make no guarantees to change orders prior to shipping. If an order has been booked in & collected, our team cannot cancel or amend it. Once you have received your item, you can then return it following our Returns guidelines.
Deliveries
We will always try to use DHL delivery services. Should there be a delay or issue with your delivery, please contact info@bluemountain.school for help in resolving the problem.
UK Customers
Standard Delivery (2–3 days).
International Customers
Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage based on the estimated size and weight of your items.
From 01/01/2021, there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. Hostem Limited T/A Blue Mountain School does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for EU orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. VAT is charged at 0% on EU sales at checkout. If you have any further questions relating to shipping to the EU, please contact us at info@bluemountain.school. Please note, we can not deliver to a PO BOX address. Due to health & safety reasons, we cannot ship flammable products or liquids outside of the EU.
Estimated Delivery Times and Costs
Please select which service you would like to use at the checkout. Estimated delivery times and exact costs are shown clearly at the checkout. Blue Mountain School cannot be held responsible for any delays regarding shipping or any other events that are beyond our control but will do our upmost to make sure all orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Online Returns
If you need return items from our online store (some exclusions apply*) you must do so within 14 days of receiving the order. You can return your items by emailing us at info@bluemountain.school as soon as possible. Once confirmed we will proceed to arrange the return of the item through DHL. We will then send you the Airway Bill and documentation to include with the package to ensure its safe return. The cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your final refund. All the paperwork on the outside of the return box must be clearly marked as “returned goods – no commercial value” to ensure the order is returned to us swiftly with no extra charges.

Important Information on Returns
If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, items need to be returned to us within 14 days of being purchased, or you can return your order in store (Please Note: This option is not available while the store is closed due to COVID-19 restrictions). We cannot exchange items online or issue credits. If you wish to exchange for another size or product you must purchase again and await the refund for your returned item.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at Blue Mountain School take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting info@bluemountain.school about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will receive a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase including any shipping costs incurred.
Returns received outside the allowed time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to follow our return procedure in full. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the United Kingdom.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging, shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
