Small Maison offers a completely private environment that showcases Small’s unwavering dedication to his craft and totally unique handmade production processes, with a new focus on his ongoing development of personalised designer clothing and service at the retail level with Blue Mountain School.

One on one appointments are available with a member of the Blue Mountain School team, with the option for personal fittings and alterations through a continuously evolving program of expert tailoring techniques learned and performed in collaboration with Geoffrey himself at his Cavarzere Venezia workrooms.

Working as an independent designer for over 40 years, Geoffrey B. Small has established an entirely new standard of quality and long-term design value outside of the mainstream fashion system that Blue Mountain School is proud to have supported since the opening of Hostem in 2010. Over the past ten years, Small has created garments and collections exclusively for Hostem and Blue Mountain School, including the label’s most extraordinary and unique piece to date cut from Fratelli Piacenza 1733’s prized “Artisanìa” pure Peruvian vicuña 520 gram coating cloth, the world’s finest vicuña fabric. Developed from his extensive archive of historical and tailoring research, his collections are made in extreme limited numbers each season and are made by hand under his expert guidance of every process in his legendary workrooms to ensure that ethical and environmentally conscious fundamentals are at the core of his practice. Geoffrey B. Small is exclusive to Blue Mountain School for all of the United Kingdom.
