Tarik Hanif
Tarik Hanif is a Manchester based artist. Taking influence from his surroundings in the industrial north, he fuses the heritage of textile mills and traditional methods to create bespoke clothing. Each garment is constructed by hand from the finest sourced materials, creating one of a kind wearable items. Hanif views his garments as an extension of his work as a painter, where in common with his clothing, hand sewn compartments designed to house flowers that can be replaced, interchanged and reconfigured, allowing for limitless and unique customisation.
